Easter eggs

The boys colored Easter eggs after we returned from our trip to Estes Park. I got a couple pictures from when they colored the eggs and a few days later (after haircuts). Nate wanted to do something so I gave him paper and crayons for the first time. He wanted to eat the crayons but he did get a few good scribbles in before he was done.

Spring Break

We've enjoyed our spring break. Bob took a few days off work and we got away to the mountains. We stayed at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park and rented a cabin for 2 nights. We didn't have a tv or computer so we found lots of other fun things to do. We played games, read books, swam in the pool, played mini-golf, and looked in the museum. We also enjoyed the fireplace and made s'mores. We saw some elk right outside the cabin one morning. It was good to get away from work and school. We hope to go back there again, especially since it's so close.
